We generally do not prefer commercial shoots such as ads, music videos or film productions due to the use of heavy equipment and large crew sizes. However, smaller shoots like pre-wedding or model shoots that do not require extensive equipment or large crews, are permitted. Please inquire for such projects, as the cost may differ from the standard stay rate.

There is no separate accommodation available for drivers or house-help.

Since this is a twin villa setup, there are two fully equipped kitchens at the property. One of these kitchens is out of bounds for guests. The other kitchen is accessible to guests. While we do not encourage cooking full meals, guests are welcome to prepare smaller meals, such as breakfast, if they wish.

There is a dedicated fridge for the guests to use, where you can stock up on your drinks and other items.

As much as we love our furry friends, this property is not suited for pets. Please don’t bring your dog or cat along.

Yes, this villa is equipped with a water purifier to ensure safe drinking water for guests. However, you may prefer to carry packaged drinking water.

Yes, trained and responsible staff are available from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM to assist you with your needs. The cook resides in the quarters provided at the villa, while other staff live in the nearby village.
