We generally do not prefer commercial shoots such as ads, music videos or film productions due to the use of heavy equipment and large crew sizes. However, smaller shoots like pre-wedding or model shoots that do not require extensive equipment or large crews, are permitted. Please inquire for such projects, as the cost may differ from the standard stay rate.

There is no separate accommodation available for drivers or house-help. Meals for them will be charged separately.

No. Heavy cooking by guests is not permitted at the villa. To ensure a hassle-free stay, freshly prepared meals from our cloud kitchen are served at the villa. Guests may use the fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and tableware available at the property for basic requirements.

The villa has two refrigerators, one on the ground floor in the kitchen and another on the rooftop terrace. Guests are welcome to store their beverages and other personal items in either refrigerator.

As much as we love our furry friends, this property is not suited for pets. Please don’t bring your dog or cat along.

Yes, this villa is equipped with a water purifier to ensure safe drinking water for guests. However, if you prefer packaged drinking water, you may carry it along or request our team to purchase it from a nearby store.

Yes, trained and responsible staff are available from 9:00 AM to 10:30 PM to assist you with your needs. The staff reside in the quarters provided at the villa.

Yes. Guests are welcome to bring their own alcohol and consume it responsibly during their stay. Please note that we do not provide or sell alcohol at the property.

Yes, smoking is allowed in this villa. However, smoking indoors, including in rooms, living room, washrooms, dining room and other common areas is strictly prohibited. Guests may smoke in well-ventilated areas such as balconies, terrace and the deck area.

Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. To ensure that our staff has enough time to turn around the villa for the next guest, we kindly ask you to adhere strictly to the check-out time. If you'd like to request an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us a day or two prior. No promises, but we will try to accommodate your request. Additional charges may apply.

During check-in, guests will need to fill in the guest registration book and sign for acceptance of house rules and certain indemnity clauses. As per legal requirements, every guest over the age of 18 must carry a valid government-approved photo ID and address proof to present to the caretaker upon request.

In case of a power outage, the villa has an inverter backup that lasts for a few hours. Additionally, generator backup is available for up to eight hours during the night.

Due to the remote location, the mobile network in the villa may be patchy.

Yes, we offer additional services such as barbecue and bonfire setups, as well as minimal decor for birthdays and anniversaries. These services are available at an extra cost.

To keep the villa in good condition, we screen guests before booking. No offence, but bachelor groups and stag parties are not allowed in this property.

Playing loud music or playing music in open areas is not permitted beyond 10:00 PM at this villa.

This property is located in a secure gated community with 24/7 security guards. The property is enclosed by its own boundary wall and gate, which is locked at night. Additionally, the villa staff resides on the premises for added safety. Also, there are CCTV cameras covering all possible entry points to the villa for extra security.

Visitors are not permitted to stay or use the villa's facilities during your stay.

Yes, a first-aid kit is available onsite, stocked with essentials like Dettol, band-aids and over-the-counter medicines such as Metacin and Crocin.

Yes. The villa is not shared with any other guests. Your group will enjoy exclusive access to the entire villa and its amenities, except for designated service and staff areas.

Sports enthusiasts can enjoy cricket and football turf within the gated community at a nominal hourly rent. You can also visit nearby attractions such as Bhavli Dam, Vipassana meditation centre or hike up Kalsubai Peak for an adventurous day out.

Kindly ensure that you carry appropriate swimwear for the pool. Drinks or food are not allowed in the pool. Please note that there is no lifeguard on site, so children must be accompanied by adults at all times while in the pool.
